Beating Zardy's Maze Challenge 4: Snickering In The Dark.
Do you see that huge brown tornado cloud thing? Do you hear how stupid its laughter is? That is the Drought. Its ability is somewhat like the Stand "Mandom" you see in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 7 Chapter 34. When you get into its range, it's going to teleport you back a few seconds from where you were standing. Also, it blocks your field of vision when it's around you, and I personally find that to be EXTREMELY annoying.
