While I certainly wouldn't consider pairing a $400 #ShureSM7B with a budget friendly #Behringer #UM2 audio interface, a community asked me to make this video.
Can you tell the difference? I certainly can! If you're going to spend $400 on a microphone then you should spend at least $600 or more on an audio interface IMO.
But if you have a dream mic but are out of budget for an interface is the audio from the UM2 passable? Let me know in the comments.
