In this video - I cover in detail what Initial Public Offerings are and how IPOs work. I speak broadly to the benefits of having an IPO - as well as investor relations when it comes to IPO investing.

My strategy is to not get clouded with IPO hype - and try to stick to the fundamentals of evaluating the stock. I also go into detail on the 4 main reasons why you may want to consider NOT investing an an IPO.

Again, this is more of an opinionated video - and shouldn't hold much of an implication on your position on Coinbase / other IPOs. Let me know your thoughts :)
