Pandan flavored sweet martabak recipe
Assalamualaikum all friends. This time I want to make pandan-flavored sweet Teflon martabak without a mixer. How to make it quite easy. The materials needed include:
TEFLON SWEET MARTABAK PANDAN FLAVOR
18 tablespoons medium protein flour (180 grams) 3 tbsp granulated sugar
¹/² tsp salt
1 tbsp tapioca flour
¹/² vanilla powder sachet
250 ml of water
Pandan paste
Egg yolk coloring to taste
¹/² tsp baking soda
¹/² tsp baking powder
3 tbsp water Sugar to taste (for sprinkling)

Margarine
Sweetened condensed milk
Chocolate meses
Teflon measures 26 cm
