When I heard the song in beatsaber in VR on my htc vive I knew I had to do something with it! What you are seeing is a light show done over the network. I utilized the open source Xlights Software on my PC to stream dmx data over the network to WLED controllers. WLED being an open source firmware for the esp micro controller. While Xlights is very cool I have a vision for a much more powerful solution. Within the next year I hope to showcase a work in progress programming project of mine that will allow for procedural LED effects. My hope is this coming software could be used for concert lighting. Also the intro was done with a combination of blender and unity magic.
