What If Your Webhook is Too Big for ODOO?
I recently found a very troubling limitation in ODOO. It seemed that it wouldn't be able to process my webhook; it was too big! Thankfully, the helpful folks on reddit (looking at you codeagency) helped me realize what was going on. Turns out automations and webhooks all have a pretty quick timeout. That's not good!
So how do we get around that? Well, I'm going to show you. This trick will allow you to run bigger webhook triggered code and bigger automations. There's nothing too complicated about what's going on here, so please watch till the end. I promise it will be worth it. If you're trying to create sales orders or anything else in ODOO from a webhook, you need this.
