Better title:

Removing the Store "Not For Resale" sticker / label from a Nintendo DS game cartridge with no (or minimal) damage, using a hair dryer and a scraping knife.

Rather, I didn't outright remove the sticker, but I lifted up about a third of it to get a peek at the serial number printed onto the plastic shell underneath.

Don't try this at home unless you're willing to risk damaging your rare collectibles. I'm doing this with my stuff for the purpose of cataloguing on No-Intro.
