Olympiacos BC - Euroleague Champions of 2011-2012 season
... and 2012-2013 season as well.
On May 11th 2012, Olympiacos BC faced CSKA Moscow, in the final game of Euroleague Final-4 in Sinan Erdem arena, Istanbul Turkey.
What happened in the game and especially in the last seconds of the 4th quarter, was one of the most inspirational moments in sports history. Olympiacos upseted the all season undisputed favorite and completed one of the most memorable underdog stories against all odds.
Having been down by 19 at the last minutes of 3rd quarter, Olympiacos had to showcase almost every rule of success, to pull it off in the games dying second.
The last 9.7 seconds was the calmination of their triumph. Olympiacos won their 2nd Euroleague title after 15 years (and after 3 F4 attempts, 2 in last 3 years)
This is what inspired me to create this little video tribute to the team of my heart. This and my wish to say "thank you", to all of those who made me jump in joy so high as I have never done before.
