How to create user account using CMD
To add a new user account you don't need to go to Control Panel. There is an easier and faster way by using Command Prompt. Type the command: net user /add testone and hit ENTER. When this is done, you can finally change the name, picture and type of the user account.
You can also create a password for the new user.
