We used too much stuffing tho, y'all stay safe out there & portion it well.
Recipe:
Prep the stuffing
1. Finely chop all vegetables.
2. Heat oil, stir-fry the veggies on high heat for 2–3 mins.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste, chilli sauce, schezwan sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir-fry for 2 more mins. Let it cool.
Wrapping
4. Soften rice paper sheets in warm water.
5. Place stuffing in the center, fold all sides into a square.
6. Pan-fry until golden and crispy on both sides.
Sauce
7. Mix soy sauce, honey, sesame seeds, and chilli oil in a small bowl.
