A Kidney for John
John was born with a condition known as Hypoplastic Kidney Disease and was put on the transplant list at age 12. After waiting for two years, John received the gift of a kidney transplant which saved his life. Now more than 20 years after his transplant he is able to enjoy time with his family and friends thanks to someone who chose to be an organ donor.
