these are my top 5 free icon packs for 2017. Not only are they all incredibly well made, so much effort has been put into these, but they are all free, and you can use these icon packs on any Android device.
There is a mixture of icon packs here - Polycons are bright and fun, whereas whicons are completely black and white, and lines is just lines. The pixel icon pack is also perfect to give your phone a stock android look.
I recommend using these icon packs with Nova launcher, as that is the most common android home screen replacement.
