For his birthday, nine-year-old Ollie is given a wooden chest that his brother didn't want and a plastic Indian warrior toy from his best friend Patrick. When Ollie puts the warrior in the cabinet, he realizes that he can move, and is thrilled to learn that the warrior is a real person. But when Patrick sneaks a cowboy's toy into the cabinet, it leads to a war between the cowboys and the Indians.
