HMS Prince of Wales - bombed up
HMS Prince of Wales sailed from Portsmouth following the completion of her maintenance period. After a short shake-down on the trip north, she arrived at Glen Mallan in Scotland for her first visit to the Northern Ammunition Jetty where she took on munitions. She then returned to Portsmouth for the Summer leave period ahead of her Autumn programme.
