Bridge Example with Autodesk Recap Autodesk InfraWorks
Kevin Gilson, Design Visualization Manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff, participated in a panel discussion at the Infrastructure Symposium AU2013. Kevin spoke about projects where they are using Autodesk InfraWorks in combination with Civil 3D, ReCAP, 3ds Max and more to support the design environment. In his example, Kevin shows using InfraWorks for visualization to improve stakeholder communication and for internal project communication and proposal development. He demonstrated the capture of an existing overpass bridge to improve their knowledge of existing conditions for designing the roadway.
