Mozambique pressing of a ripping compilation of early 70s South African soul groups, featuring The Movers, The Sound Proofs, Sophie Thapedi & The Soul Throbs, and The V.I.P.'s. Mostly instrumentals, with a Marvin Gaye cover (!) to accentuate the handful of vocal tracks. The songs "Tau Special" and "Thabanchu Special" are instrumental renditions of the Sophie Thapedi song "How Long?" that appears on her split LP with Lulama Legola.
