The more opinionated you seem, the more likely either the DA or the defense attorney will want you off the jury.
Also remember, you could not want to be on a jury for a slew of reasons. One may be that you want to go back to work. But, you could know you're biased and won't believe either side for whatever reason. The responsible thing to do is to speak up so you can be removed.
