A panicked bald eagle desperately tried to break free from a handler when fireworks exploded before a U.S. Women’s National Team match in Washington, D.C. The bird repeatedly attempted to escape but ended up dangling from the handler’s arm as a horrified crowd looked on. Wild animals like him don’t belong at events, where they can become confused and distressed. Urge U.S. Soccer to ban the use of wild animals at events: PETA.org/Eagle
