I started a brand new youtube channel where i uploaded daily for 30 days.
In this video you will see everything I learned about how to grow on youtube, my final results, and the mistakes I made along the way, so that you can avoid them on your journey!
This does not only apply to you if you are a youtube creator, but also If you are building a business!

One month ago, I started a Brand new youtube channel.
I set an ambitious goal of uploading 30 videos in 30 days and wanted to see where my channel would be after 1 month.
In this video, I will go over, How i started, how many subscribers, views, and watchtime I gained, and how you can duplicate these results for your own channel and business.

Rules for the daily youtube upload challenge:
The rules of my imaginary challenge was simple:
1) Upload 30 videos in 30 days – These can be longer videos or youtube shorts.
2) Don’t advertise my youtube channel on my other social media or with my friends, so that all of the subscribers came organically through youtube.
3) Have fun and experiment with different content

Why I started daily Uploads:
I started this challenge with 2 goals in mind: 1) To Build an audience that I can share my experience with, and to use the creation of content to spark my curiosity, try out new things, and have fun.

How I started daily Uploads:
So how did I get started, and approach youtube:
First, I Picked the niche i wanted to cover that my audience might be interested in. My target audience is Entrepreneurs, and venture capital, angel, or small company investors. A more general term for my target audience is people that are curious and ambitious enough to start or invest in businesses.
Secondly, I researched what the youtube algorithm looks for, I learned about the importance of Titles, Thumbnails, to increase your clickthrough rate, and also learned about the importance of story telling to increase the viewer retention and watchtime %.
Based on this, I made a decision on the style of video. I decided to film talking head style content and wanted to use animations, gifs, and sound design to increase the viewer retention and make the content more light hearted and entertaining.
I outlined a process of how I was going to create videos in order to meet my 1 video per day goal.
The process is straight forward: Pick a topic, research what other people have already cover and find a unique perspective or way to present that topic. After that, I researched keywords that people might search for, come up with a title, thumbnail, write the script, film, edit, and publish the video.

Even though i had my process outlined, After the first few videos, I already realized that making quality content takes a lot of time. I realized that making a video per day could easily take more than 5 hours per video. But this didn’t make me quit! I kept at it.
