Clo3d Tutorial: How to create a Crease (Sharp Fold) on Cloth
o create a crease in Clo3D, you begin by selecting the Edit Pattern tool to choose the pattern piece where you want the crease to appear. Next, use the Add Line (Internal Line) tool to draw a line where the crease will be positioned. This line acts as a guideline for where the fold or crease will form. After placing the internal line, right-click on it and select Fold Arrangement to adjust the angle and intensity of the fold. You can choose either a convex or concave fold depending on the desired effect. Once the fold is set, simulate the garment to see the crease in action. For more precision, you can tweak the fold settings or adjust the internal line to make the crease sharper or more subtle. This technique is useful for adding realistic texture and detail to garments, such as pleats or structural folds.
