On the eve of the 39th anniversary of the Victory over Germany, this concert was performed, dedicated to the antifascist armies that were forming in Bulgaria, Romania, Czechoslovakia, etc that would later form the basis of the Warsaw Pact. This concert was especially special as it contained performers from all over the Warsaw Pact, and even Cuba and Vietnam.
