Hello, this is YoonSung :)

This is the first video in 2020 :)

After having a personal training class as usual, I finished with a simple glass of dark beer with my friends. I just knew dark beer, but personally it was delicious😏

Now that the promises at the beginning of the year have passed, I need to lose some weight 😅 (I gained 3kg)

I hope that everyone will do what they have planned for 2020, do not put off, and have only happy things 🙂
