Here's how you can find the new Specimen Nes 007

It seems now that these are more a part of the overall mission structure so you'll also need to get this in order to unlock the ability to get the extra bits and bobs for the new Choir of one exotic autorifle.

As usual the way to start the mission is hidden but it's pretty straight forward once you pick it but I'll give what I think is the quickest way to get it done.
