This workout aims to more efficiently tone and shape your buttocks than the basic "The classic" series level. We have added slightly more complex variations of the exercises found in the first level. This series of exercises is ideal for women, especially right before the summer when it's important to have shapely and bikini-ready buttocks. The type and sequence of the exercises we've chosen, with relevant recovery time, make this workout suited for those who are in average shape.
