In this video I will show you how to place a buy limit order on TD Ameritrade. If you are not using TD Ameritrade that is okay because the same rules apply to most brokerage accounts. This is not financial advice but this is my favorite type of order and one I would recommend. A limit order will save you from bad slippage or getting filled for an undesirable price! I use limit orders 99% of the time when trading stocks.
