Tutorial - Install MacOS Mojave in Parallels Desktop
With the move to MacOS Catalina several people have had issues with apps breaking - 32 bit app support was dropped in Catalina. If you have Parallels Desktop or VMWare Fusion it's easy to setup a Mojave Virtual Machine so that you can use those apps until they're updated for Catalina.

Apple do seem to remove previous editions however so grab a copy while you can.
