In this week's edition of Behind The Loupe, we made the silliest mistake of all time: We accidentally double stamped a customer's gold order. The customer received his 10 karat gold cuban link chain with a SILVER STAMP on top of his 10K stamp! Of course, the client was livid--even began to question if the chain was actually gold--and sent his order back for repair. Is it too late to fix this or can we make another satisfied customer out of this mess? Can we ship it back out in time?
In addition to that, Gus finally begins to create his own jewelry collection by adding a couple of custom pieces: a custom 10K GVJ iced out pendant and a small set of 18k iced out gold grills.
