I hate this boss so much it's one of the most difficult bosses in the game.
First of all boost yourself, A LOT!
Second get rid of any white flowers spawning because their healing is crazy.
Third make sure you have a lot of electricity resistance so the yellow flowers won't stun and deal damage to you.
Fourth focus the boss and give it your all!
