Glowing circles After Effects tutorial
The inspiration for this tutorial I found on this guy instagram page: ashikhmin.danil
Check the post "Spiral" with colourful circles. It looks really nice and complicated and I wanted to make something similar but animated.

0:09 - Create first circle
0:52 - Adjust gradient for the stroke
3:08 - Duplicate the first circle and change it a bit
4:59 - Make more copies of circles to fill the empty space
5:43 - Use "Twirl" effect for animation
6:25 - Add glow
6:44 - Dots
10:33 - Use "Toner" to get a specific colour range for circles
