How to get V's original car back from the Garage after it's destroyed. You need to progress the story until you get a mission called Human Nature (Act 2). You then get into a mission where your car is crashed, and Delamain invites you to Delamain Headquarters, from there you'll eventually get a text that says your car waits for you in the Garage (repaired).
