Beer 102 - Water problems IPA
This one is inspired by a problem with the water pipes in our building.
It was cut off for a time while it was being fixed and I couldn't brew in the mean time...
Luckily we have very clean water all over Iceland so I simply took a two hour drive to one of my favourite waterfalls and got some water.
This waterfall is very close to my heart because of a music video we made back in the day.
The video was called Fjara by Sólstafir and in it a girl would drag a coffin all over Iceland and in the end the coffin went down the waterfall. If your interested you can find it on my channel.
