Cleveland Heights building partially collapses
For the second time in a month, a Cleveland Heights building has partially collapsed.
The latest incident happened at 3952 Mayfield Road in the building that houses the Kulture Ultra Lounge and Authentix Barber Shop & Salon businesses. A Cleveland Heights firefighter confirmed to 3News that no one was hurt during the collapse.
