I was trying out this Hp-On-Hit build on stream for the memes and it was way better than I expected. I mostly made this build for the purpose of being able to not focus on the game so I can talk with stream or watch videos while grinding at Dehkia Ash Forest. I thought I would share the build to help anyone trying to grind Dehkia Ash Forest.
