(You have to put the Call-Set at "%appdata%/LoL Call-Maker/Call_Sets")
Please note that this is still a pretty early version, so you may experience bugs and crashes. Call-Sets can also stop working in later updates.
I can only recommend using this version of the app on Summoners Rift and Howling Abyss.
