About the game:
Unlike the other Goonies video games, the Datasoft game features gameplay more akin to a puzzle game rather than a traditional action platformer. The player controls two characters at once, switching between which one they play as with the press of a button. Both characters can be controlled at once with the help of another player.
The game features eight stages, which all feature puzzles akin to Rube Goldberg machines, as similarly seen in the film. Each matches a sequence from the movie, ranging from booby traps to inspired puzzles from events of the movie.
The Commodore 64 game is the only Goonies game to feature different playable characters. Each stage has two different characters to play as.
Due to the nature of the game, the player only ever encounters a few enemies. They include the Fratelli gang, bats, the octopus, and "demonic flying skulls". Troy Perkins makes an appearance in the third stage, essentially controlling the environmental hazards by whichever shower he uses above.
Once each stage is cleared, the player(s) win the game.

About the run:
Never thought sub 10m is possible but it was. Still there is way more time to save with better rng, especially in Stage 05, but my rng ws decent overall. I did die in Stage 07 but it didnt cost much time so I went with it, due to the good stages I had before. Great game, I had a blast grinding this one out.
