Using sweetcorn for BIG CARP - August 2024 vlog
This month I'm down in Reading fishing for big carp at Long Lake whilst using one of the forgotten favourites for bait, sweetcorn. I talk you through the methods and types of sweetcorn I use, the hookbaits I fish over the top, and show you some recent catches of big carp I've made using this fantastic bait. There's plenty of playing action, including a couple of big UK commons, the best of which went 39lb 6oz. All included is a brief look at Avid Carp's newly released EXO 2 Bivvy System.
