Panasonic Split Air conditioner not cooling. Outdoor unit starting capacitor defect.
Noticed Line voltage drops when Air conditioner turns on... Indoor unit display and Air throw Fan works properly.. Remote control working properly.. Found fault in outdoor unit.
Starting capacitor faulty.
Replace the capacitor with the same values and voltage.
Most of the units are using combined capacitors value of 45+5mfd/400volts.
Check the given diagram before installing new capacitor for proper connections.
