Snazzy Foam Suggestion - Earthworks SR314
Some find the Earthworks SR 314, a bit noisy with pops and wind. With my students, I have been using an inner foam from the old Beyer M700 which works ok but doesn't look great on such a stylish mic. It came to m to try the spare foam from the sE V7, and prey hesto! It fits, does a good job, looks better, and importantly is still available. See what you think. Recorded with camera mic picking up SR314 from pa in (boomy) room.
