Budget process can be very different from one company to another.

Then I will show an example of the budget process :
How to create files : Budget files to fill in by the head of HR, the head of Operations, etc... Each budget responsible must be able to provides figures independently and with the help of past actuals.
How to consolidate data : Once this first step done, all figures from different departments, or different projects...must be aggregated correctly.
How to present the final reports : Finally, the management P&L Actual Vs Budget must be created. It will be use on a monthly basis to monitor the company budget.
