Chromatography and direction of DNA polymerase
This video is about amazing experiment performed by noble laureate, Arthur Kornberg to find the direction of DNA polymerase. He used simple chromatography technique along with autoradiography to find that the direction of DNA polymerase was from 5'to 3'.
