The first Space Shuttle launch happened on April 12, 1981, but after 30 years of shuttle missions from Earth to the heavens, the program ended on July 21, 2011.
Because of the lack of funding's, public interest, and government budget cuts the National Aeronautics And Space Administration (NASA) can't afford to spend billions of dollars on shuttle launches. However, the American space program has newer rockets and spacecraft that will replace the S.T.S. or Space Transportation System.
The video is NOT an actual footage of any launch nor a specific flight.
