Their biggest gripe was Jack Black being cast as Steve, the game's iconic silent protagonist. Leroy pointed out how Steve’s blocky, stoic nature was nothing like Jack Black's over-the-top, comedic style. Emily chimed in, saying it felt like putting an ocelot in charge of a TNT farm—totally unpredictable and chaotic.
