Begin with importing a FEM, based on a smeared modeling approach, which allows all of the stiffened panel dimensions to be used as optimization variables. Completely optimize the composite layups and stiffened panel cross sectional dimensions, using the new Quick Sizing method, and end with a fully producible sequenced laminate exported to the Catia CAD software.
