This will be used after upcoming knee surgery.
The £70 manual version requires you to drain the water back in to the container where the water and ice sit, wait a few minutes to allow the water to chill again, then drain the water back in to the cuff.
This is the automatic version at £170 and the pump operates to fill the cuff with chilled water and apply compression, it then releases the compression and sucks the water back in to the container where it chills and then it repeats this cycle.

It seems over priced but if it works and helops recovery in any way, it will be worth it.

Add ice made in a yoghurt pot or similar.
