Oliver Mcdonald's Christmas Ornament
When you bought a gift certificate at McDonald's for $5 in 1988 you could pick up one of these Christmas Ornaments. Was a promotional thing for the animated Disney movie that came out the same year. Oliver and Company. Not many people talk about the movie these days.
I got a gift certificate and this this ornament that year and still have it.
If you push it hard enough it plays, but is stuck on the first note and plays it over and over again.If you hold it down until the song is over you are fine.
How does the battery still have a charge in it?
No doubt it's got all sorts of corrosion inside. I"m tempted to open it up, "restore it" and sew it back together again, but maybe it will just get ruined in the process so I left it alone.
