Just stand in front of the base of the spring leaf in Kelp Forest and bubble-bowl into it. When the glitch is active, sadly you cannot perform any actions (e.g. jumping, bubble bash, cruise bubble or bubble bowl). This glitch ends when the player takes damage or dies.
