In this video I show you guys what it's like to help someone out on the nerdapp platform. This is like Uber for IT support guys. If you like to work service desk this would be a perfect gig for you! I am not showcasing my troubleshooting abilities here, as I was not able to solve the customer's issue, but I did have a good time and they were pleased with the service. I also had to cut a lot of parts out, because I did not want you guys to get bored. If you have any questions or comments about this, please leave them down below!
