I am offering a free remote Reiki session. The session will begin at 7:00 PM European time (Netherlands) and will last for one hour. This session is conducted remotely, not online. If you wish to receive the healing energy, please leave your initials below the video.
You can spend this hour in meditation, but if it falls during the night for you, it's perfectly fine to receive the healing while you sleep. Simply set the intention before you go to bed that you wish to receive the healing in your sleep. If you are working during this time, set the intention that you will receive the healing energy while you work.
