Hi Everyone,
Today we will be doing a Yoga for Menstrual Cramps Relief.

While it is understandable that you do not feel like doing any physical activity when you are on your periods, these gentle yoga movements and stretches help in improving blood flow to the pelvic region which in turn helps in easing period pain and cramping in the area.

Once you are ready, let's hop onto the mat and get going!
