Recently Hunter Kippen, who recently defended his thesis at the University of Maryland under the supervision of Professor Dana Dachman-Soled, did an FHE.org Meetup entitled "On the Concrete Security of Approximate FHE Schemes with Noise-Flooding Countermeasures".
